Our recent initiatives have led to a 50% reduction in gas consumption in our production halls compared to the previous heating season. We’ve also made significant strides in reducing our electricity consumption.

At OKNOPLAST, we believe in holistic solutions. From air destratification in our halls to installing rapid-response gates, we’ve implemented a range of measures to enhance energy efficiency. We recover heat from our tempering furnace, use sensors to monitor temperatures, and have introduced the energy-saving PAVA window to the market. This window boasts exceptional thermal insulation parameters, helping homeowners save on energy costs.

In lighting, we’ve revamped our indoor and outdoor systems by transitioning to LED diodes. This shift, combined with installing lighting sensors and adaptive lighting, has significantly reduced our electricity consumption.

April marked a significant milestone for us by installing the first photovoltaic panels on our production hall roofs. These panels are a testament to our dedication to renewable energy.
