 We are a European company with a global reach and therefore we focus on protecting the privacy of all persons whose data we process in connection with our business.

In this document we want to provide you with the most important information related to the processing of personal data of our potential business partners and their designated contact persons.

This information constitutes fulfilment of obligations imposed on personal data controllers by means of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Source of origin of personal data

Your personal data has been collected and made available to Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. from publicly available sources, i.e. business registers or websites. We have also been able to obtain your data from other business entities that help us to develop our distribution network.


Personal Data Processing Period

We process your personal data in order to present cooperation offers of Oknoplast Sp. z o.o., which may be of interest to you due to your business activity.

Scope of processing Personal Data


The scope of processing personal data includes:

  1. in the case of potential business partners, we process data in the scope of company name (or name and surname), registered office, industry, email address and telephone number;
  2. in the case of contact persons appointed by the business entity, we process data in the scope of the name, surname, email address and telephone number.


Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. (Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR). A legitimate interest consists of making it possible for Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. to initiate cooperation with business entities, developing a distribution network and undertaking activities aiming at concluding a contract.


Data Recipients

Your personal data may be passed onto IT system and service providers, postal operators and couriers.

Personal data may be transferred to entities established outside the European Economic Area provided that the transmission of data has been adequately protected and meets the requirements set out in Regulation 2016/679. You may at any time be informed about the safeguards applied to the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area if you submit your request to Oknoplast Sp. z o.o.


Storage period of data

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary exchange mail or until the time of submitting an effective objection to the processing of personal data, which takes place in connection with the fulfilment of a legitimate interest of the Controller. The period of personal data processing may be extended from time to time by the period of prescription of claims if the processing of your personal data proves necessary for the exercise of claims, if any, or defence against such claims by Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. After this period, the data shall be processed only within the scope and for the time required by the law.


Your rights

You are entitled to: access your data, request that your data be rectified or erased, limit the processing of your data, exercise your right to data portability or to object to data processing.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the provisions of Regulation 2016/679.
